The Promoting Geodiversity Workshop explored the different ways we can use an International Geodiversity Day to promote public and policy engagement with geodiversity. Our international panel of speakers presented on topics including education and outreach projects, citizen science, geoscience careers, and geohazard risk awareness.
The workshop was held online and was free for all to attend. The event was hosted by the Oxford University Museum of Natural History, and funded by Research England's Strategic Priorities Fund allocation to the University of Oxford.
